JD bought his first motorcycle the day he turned 18 and has been an avid rider ever since. Being somewhat of an adrenaline junky, he was quick to enter the world of racing and stunting on the street. He spent many years riding his motorcycle like a unicycle and wore out countless pairs of shoes skitching along the asphalt. While he loves speed, JD has always been very calculated and naturally obsesses about improving his skill each time he rides.
A few years ago JD took his motorcycle to the track for the first time and fell in love with the ability to ride his bike how it was intended (and without looking for blue and reds). Along with his ever-present search for adrenaline, JD has a skill for soaking in details very quickly. For him, everything is calm on the track and he is at home.
JD has worked around motorcycles off and on for the past 11 years in sales, parts, and service. He enjoys working on his bike and consistently changes things up to make it his own.
JD has worn many hats in the working world, from managing a sales team to serving his community as a fire fighter. In addition to riding motorcycles and running Track Time with Alan, JD is a commercial helicopter pilot, enjoys skydiving, surfing, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, camping, boating, and traveling the country in his RV with his wife and two daughters.
